Happy Columbus Day! Continue reading
General conference was awesome (not as awesome as when I sang in it, but still), and the written versions of the talks just came out today! Click here to see them. This time around, I am planning to write a post for each one individually. Since this will obviously take a while (I probably might finish when next conference comes around…), enjoy some funny memes in the memetime:
Sounds about right… Continue reading
I have not been posting for a while, because of school and other life things (life stop getting in my way). there won’t be as much posts as there used to, just whenever I am able to post. there will no longer be pictures of the day or videos of the week, but i will still post funny images/videos when I have time. Hopefully there will be more written posts. Thanks for reading my blog, I hope you like it.
I was unable to post this yesterday, but yesterday was my sister Grace’s birthday. She is one of my best friends (the one I am stuck with anyways, not that that is a bad thing). She is a good sister and a fun person to have around. I am glad to have her in my life, so Happy Birthday (yesterday), Grace!
I am sorry I have not been posting much this week. It is the first week of school, so I was busy. So in this post I will write about some highlights of my week starting with last Thursday.
Last Thursday and Friday I was able to be part of a Studio C sketch as an extra. It was a really fun opportunity. The sketch is supposed to be a rap battle. I will post the video as soon as they put it on You Tube. I also was able to meet a new friend.
Monday was the first day of school. I go to Utah Valley University and I am a Cinema Production major. On Mondays and Wednesdays, I have one class then I go to my service mission. The class I have on those days is called, “Audio Production Essentials”. My professor happens to be Orson Scott Card‘s brother, Arlen Card.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are full days at school. First I have two institute classes, that help start my day Then I have math… After that I have Cinema Production Essentials than Interaction design. Then Fridays I go to my service mission the whole day.
This last weekend I went on a Youth Conference, with the youth in my ward. We went to Flaming Gorge. We camped and went boating, and some of the youth went fishing, but the main part was the devotionals given by the leaders.
The Bishop was the first person to give a devotional. He talked about remembering and journal writing. He said that we should not only write it down, but read what we wrote later. He then told us to write in are journal after each leader devotional. Unfortunately, my journal decided to hide in the trailer. Continue reading
I was messing with Facebook photos as you can tell. It is actually kind of fun (for me anyways). Continue reading
